Our Mission is to provide the highest quality educational cultural exchange programs to enrich the lives of many people around the globe. In our long term programs we match young leaders from across the globe with families in Germany. As a non profit organization we stand for quality and hands on programs with the aim to create more understanding and tolerance for foreign cultures to make the world a better place. As a social enterprise we organize cross-cultural summer camps for students in Germany. |

Our small, highly experience and very committed team ensures excellent programs and operations. A honest, non-discriminatory treatment and a genuin interest in the personal development of our program participants is what we stand for. As XP Foundation we provide them with the opportunity to learn first hand about Germany trough a couple of months, a semester or a years as a student in a German high school located close to their host families home.The host family also experiences the culture of their host student and very often life long connections and friendships are being formed. |
